The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great suggestions. Early check-in was a big help. Lovely Provencal features and character. Charming breakfast area. Convenient location with easy parking. Short walk to harbor and beach. Many excellent restaurants and bars nearby. Beautiful Calanques and jardin exotique in La Ciotat. Boat trips to les Calanques from Cassis.
Absolutely nothing to say.

The hotel had a good location, close to the old port and in the old town. the bathroom was much larger than the habitable area. the staff were friendly and gave great recommendations about where to go. the breakfast was very good and at a reasonable price. the room had simple, traditional decor and comfy beds.
The neon sign above the main entrance flashed yellow and purple light into the room all night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Great hospitality and an excellent breakfast. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I also appreciated the convenient location close to the town center and the beach. the hotel's character and charm added to the whole experience.
The lack of an elevator did prove somewhat challenging, especially when hauling heavy luggage up to the room. the room was a little smaller than expected, but it was serviceable and provided all the essential amenities I needed.

The hotel’s location was central and made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions during Christmas time. , the staff were friendly and welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. the hotel offered free parking and internet access which was a plus. We appreciated their efforts to create a festive atmosphere by decorating the lobby.
Our room was outdated and not very comfortable. We expected a more modern and updated room for the price we paid.
